Role Overview
The Client Service Associate supports a portfolio of affluent customers within the RAK Elite team.
The role manages day-to-day banking requirements, customer onboarding, service requests, and relationship support.
The position acts as a key support partner to Relationship Managers and helps identify customer engagement and product opportunities.
The position is exclusively open to UAE Nationals as part of the employer's Emiratisation commitment.
Client Service Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to affluent or high-value customers and manage their day-to-day banking requirements.
- Support Relationship Managers and act as a key point of contact for customer servicing needs.
- Manage service requests, complaints, escalations, and end-to-end resolution.
- Review customer documentation and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Promote digital banking adoption and assist customers through onboarding journeys.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Mortgage, Insurance, Investment, and Operations teams.
- Maintain customer engagement records, service metrics, reports, and productivity tracking.
