Role Overview
The Client Service Associate works in a global luxury environment with experienced teams and a diverse clientele.
The role focuses on after-sales client service and support.
Mission
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to clients.
- Act as the main contact for service-related inquiries.
- Guide clients through repair and service processes clearly and carefully.
- Monitor service files and ensure timely follow-up and communication.
- Support the boutique and watchmaker in delivering a smooth service experience.
- Contribute to client satisfaction and after-sales performance.
Success Profile
- Minimum 3 years of client-service experience is required.
- Luxury client-service experience is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
- Interest in jewellery, watches, and after-sales service is required.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is required.
- English fluency is required; Arabic or French is a plus.
