Position Description
Business unit: Sales and Distribution - Client Relations.
The role supports the Senior Client Relationship team and contributes to existing-client relationships and new business opportunities.
The initial focus is sales support, client servicing coordination, and business development initiatives.
Contract

Client Relationship Responsibilities
- Prepare client visits, including presentations, and help with client onboarding activities.
- Conduct follow-up calls with existing clients and assist with ad hoc client queries.
- Organize external events.
- Manage the local CRM tool.
- Track subscription and redemption orders and support active opportunity management.
- Conduct hands-on research on country relationships.
- Contribute to developing and executing the marketing and communications plan, including local press strategy.
