Role overview

Principal responsibilities

• Support internal and client deliverables for Relationship Managers and Associate Relationship Managers.
• Complete activities that contribute to day-to-day relationship management work.
• Implement audit and regulatory recommendations.
• Maintain timely internal and regulatory closures for client portfolios.
• Coordinate with internal departments including risk, credit operations, payments, and trade solutions.
• Coordinate regulatory, legal, financial crime compliance, account opening, and KYC remediation activities.
• Collate management information as required.
• Coordinate with clients on financial information, security documentation, and operational matters.
• Monitor portfolio credit quality and take remedial measures where applicable.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree from a UGC-recognized university or have completed 10+2+3 years of education excluding a diploma.
• Graduation must have been completed within five years of the application.
