What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Consultative Account Management: Serve as the trusted advisor for incoming and existing B2B clients, helping them select, customize, and strategize their branded merchandise.
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Own the client journey from initial concept to final delivery.
- Maximize Account Value: Uncover new revenue opportunities within your active client base by introducing fresh, creative product solutions.
- Flawless Order Execution: Maintain absolute accuracy on order tracking, pricing, and shipping logistics to ensure seamless, on-time client deliveries.
