About the Role
The Client Relationship Manager will join Sygnum's Private Banking team in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports the acquisition, key account management, and strategic development of private and corporate clients in digital assets.
The position combines traditional private banking with digital asset finance and client support.
Responsibilities
- Source and foster new relationships with private and corporate clients.
- Oversee multiple prospects and prioritize responses to their needs.
- Lead client onboarding with Legal and Compliance, Operations, and external service providers.
- Support clients with onboarding, product questions, transactions, technical issues, contract amendments, and complaints.
- Maintain expert knowledge of crypto markets, Sygnum's offering, regulatory developments, and the institutional prospect network.
Ideal Candidate
- A BSc or BA in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field is required; an MSc, MBA, or CFA is a plus.
- At least 5 years of relevant client-facing experience within a regulated Swiss financial institution is required.
- Experience onboarding private clients and legal entities and familiarity with Swiss banking and ADGM regulations are required.
- Strong relationship management, consultative, analytical, detail-oriented, and accurate working practices are required.
- Deep crypto market knowledge and excellent spoken and written English are required; Arabic is a plus.
- An existing network within the local blockchain ecosystem is a plus.
