Role overview
MUFG Pension & Market Services is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager for its Melbourne team.
The role manages approximately 20 corporate clients as their primary contact and combines relationship management, project coordination and client service.
The position is full time and offers hybrid working arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 corporate clients and act as their primary relationship contact.
- Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and responsive service.
- Coordinate client activities and projects, including Annual General Meetings and corporate actions.
- Work with internal teams to deliver services within agreed timeframes and standards.
- Manage competing priorities, coordinate enquiries, resolve issues and meet deadlines.
- Prepare client reporting, manage invoicing and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
- Ensure services comply with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
About you
- Experience managing a client portfolio in a professional services, corporate or B2B environment is required.
- Strong relationship management, communication, organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills are required.
