Position overview
Mangatrai Jewellers is hiring for a CRM / Telecaller position focused on customer relationship management, customer-connect calls, order follow-up, and after-sales service.
The role requires one to four years of experience and is located in Punjagutta, Hyderabad.
Work arrangement
- The position is work from office and requires in-person attendance.
- The schedule is 10:30am to 8pm with one weekly weekoff.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client relationships through timely follow-ups and after-sales service.
- Follow up with customers after orders are placed through collection of payment.
- Collect customer feedback and resolve client queries and questions.
- Support customers with company products and services.
- Handle complaints as a point of contact and escalate issues when needed.
- Make customer-connect calls as part of the retail CRM and telecaller function.
Key skills
- Polite disposition and the ability to conduct rigorous follow-up.
- Confident written and verbal communication with colleagues and clients.
