Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring regular communication and timely resolution of issues
- Handle day to day account management activities including order coordination, tracking shipments, and following up on payments
- Maintain accurate client records and work closely with internal teams to align supply, pricing, and product availability
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support negotiations and proposals
- Provide periodic business reviews and reports to leadership
Requirements
- Proven skills in client relationship management, account management, and customer service, preferably in export, trading, Food, FMCG, or related industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with fluency in English
- Experience with sales coordination, order processing, and basic commercial documentation for imports/exports
- Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, collaborate across time zones, and manage multiple client priorities
- Previous exposure to spices, food commodities, or agro products sector is a plus

Role Description
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring regular communication, timely resolution of issues, and high customer satisfaction.
- Handle day to day account management activities including order coordination, tracking shipments, following up on payments, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Work closely with internal teams in India and other locations to align supply, pricing, and product availability with client requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, support negotiations, prepare proposals, and provide periodic business reviews and reports to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in client relationship management, account management, and customer service, preferably in export, trading, Food, FMCG, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with fluency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Experience with sales coordination, order processing, and basic commercial documentation for imports/exports.
- Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting, with the ability to maintain organized, accurate client and sales data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, collaborate across time zones, and manage multiple client priorities in a fast moving environment.
- Previous exposure to the spices, food commodities, or agro products sector is a plus.
Pay
- AED 5,000 AED 10,000 per month
