Responsibilities
- Serve as main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day to day communications and responding to inquiries
- Ensure deliverables are met on time and to agreed standards
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to align services
- Prepare status updates and reports, follow up on open items
- Support preparation of proposals and service presentations
- Gather client feedback, identify opportunities to enhance service quality, and address issues or escalations
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement of client service processes
- Support basic administrative tasks related to client accounts as needed
Requirements
- Proven client facing experience with strong relationship building, account coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Clear and professional communication abilities, including confident spoken and written English
- Solid organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts
- Comfort with digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms, and basic presentation software
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret client needs and prepare concise reports
- Collaborative working style and ability to operate independently from home and within on site team environment in Dubai
- Previous experience in outsourcing, professional services, or B2B environments is beneficial
- Relevant education in business, management, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- This part time Client Relationship Manager role is a hybrid position based in Dubai, with a mix of on site meetings and work from home tasks.
- The Client Relationship Manager will serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day to day communications, responding to inquiries, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and to agreed standards.
