We’re looking for someone with:
Previous experience working within the private client and financial planning industry
A proven understanding of private client back office software
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office suite
Previous experience of cashflow modelling software
Transparency with a desire to adhere to the highest standards of compliance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
An ability to work to a high level of accuracy and prioritise work effectively
Using these skills, you’ll be:
- Preparing client annual review meetings and maintain compliance in the ongoing suitability reports
- Compiling client documentation for switches/withdrawals/top-ups and submission
- Preparing of switch/withdrawal/top-up suitability reports in a compliant fashion for financial advisers
- Delivering additional business submissions with Providers
- Handling ongoing client information in the back office to maintain accuracy
- Following Adviser review meetings
- Liaising with the compliance department, accounts and other parts of the business to lead delivery
- Looking after any ad hoc client queries
