Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, customer experience, client relations, or customer support experience in the UAE
- Experience using appointment booking, scheduling, or CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, confident, and customer focused attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred

Your Impact

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and care.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a positive service experience.
- Support customer retention through proactive communication and engagement.
- Manage bookings, appointments, and service requests accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor ongoing customer requests and ensure successful completion.
- Respond to new inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support business growth by converting customer inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, customer experience, client relations, or customer support experience in the UAE.
- Experience using appointment booking, scheduling, or CRM systems.

- Childcare, healthcare, hospitality, education, or service industry experience preferred.
- Experience handling customer complaints and service recovery preferred.
- CRM and customer relationship management experience preferred.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
