Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and campaign inquiries
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand their debt collection requirements
- Collect initial information and documents required for preliminary case assessment
- Qualify leads based on the company’s service criteria
- Schedule meetings and consultations between prospective clients and relevant consultants
- Maintain regular follow ups with leads before and after consultations
- Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, engagement documents, and service information
- Follow up on pending proposals, approvals, documents, and payments
- Update lead information, communication records, meeting notes, and follow up activities in the CRM system
- Coordinate internally with consultants, management, legal teams, and operations teams
- Maintain confidentiality when handling client, debtor, financial, and case related information
- Support the conversion of qualified inquiries into signed clients
Requirements
- Experience in client relations or sales coordination
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Strong communication and follow up skills
