About the Role
Al Hodood Technologies is seeking a Client Relations Manager to build relationships with real estate agencies, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets. Candidates need three years of real estate sales experience, knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, and partner networks
- Develop sales strategies and participate in exhibitions and networking events to promote off plan projects
- Stay updated on real estate trends and competitor activities to provide market insights
- Achieve sales targets through indirect sales channels and prepare performance reports
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and assist agencies with contract documentation
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in direct sales
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off plan property market
- Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility to work in a fast paced environment, including weekends and evenings when required
