About the Role
VayK Holiday Homes seeks a Client Relations Manager to own the experience of property owners post-onboarding. You will be the primary point of contact, providing performance updates, handling queries, and driving retention.

Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of property owners
- Provide regular performance and revenue updates, and proactively flag issues or opportunities
- Handle owner queries, concerns, and escalations quickly and professionally
- Coordinate with operations and property management teams to resolve maintenance, housekeeping, or booking issues
- Drive retention and spot upsell opportunities within your portfolio
- Run regular check ins and account reviews with owners
- Capture owner feedback and feed it back into operations
- Keep accurate, up to date records of all owner communication in CRM
Requirements
- 2–4 years in client relationship management, account management, customer success, hospitality, or real estate
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Calm under pressure and able to defuse frustrated owners
- Naturally organized and comfortable managing a live portfolio of accounts
- Comfortable working in CRM tools and reporting on account health
- Arabic, Russian, or French is a strong plus
- Some familiarity with Dubai's short term rental or property management industry is an advantage

About the Role
- VayK is a DTCM licensed holiday home management company managing a growing portfolio across Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, JVC, and Dubai Marina.
- We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to own the experience of property owners after they come on board.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of property owners
- Provide regular performance and revenue updates, and proactively flag issues or opportunities
- Handle owner queries, concerns, and escalations quickly and professionally
- Coordinate with operations and property management teams to resolve maintenance, housekeeping, or booking issues affecting owners
- Drive retention — owners renew because they trust you, not just the numbers
- Spot upsell opportunities (additional properties, added services) within your portfolio
- Run regular check ins and account reviews with owners
- Capture owner feedback and feed it back into how we operate
- Keep accurate, up to date records of all owner communication in our CRM
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years in client relationship management, account management, customer success, hospitality, or real estate
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic, Russian, or French is a strong plus
- Calm under pressure — you can defuse a frustrated owner and turn it into a resolved ticket
- Naturally organized — comfortable managing a live portfolio of accounts without anything slipping
- Some familiarity with Dubai's short term rental or property management industry is an advantage, not a requirement
- Comfortable working in CRM tools and reporting on account health
