Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Client Servicing Executive in Dubai.
The role entails managing client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and addressing inquiries promptly.
The Executive will oversee account management, assist with presentations, and coordinate between clients and internal teams.
A proactive approach to understanding client needs is essential to exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for tennis and padel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, Word, and relevant software
- Familiarity with payment and invoicing procedures
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in sports, retail, or hospitality
- Availability for a 9-hour shift, 6 days a week
