Role Overview
Helpline Group is seeking a proactive Client Relations Executive to maintain strong client relationships and support business growth.
The role coordinates activities between consultants, clients, and the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for consultants, clients, and the operations team.
- Generate new business from new and existing clients.
- Track and follow up on jobs to ensure timely completion within deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain daily job reports for management review.
- Update and maintain company files and records with coordinators.
- Conduct annual audits of sponsorship companies.
- Follow up on pending invoices and liaise with relevant persons for dues collection.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
- At least one year of CRM experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- QID is required.
Employment and Compensation
- This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Compensation is QAR 3,500 to QAR 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
