Role Description

We are seeking a polished and proactive Client Relations Coordinator for a full-time, remote-first role.

This role will act as a practical bridge between Business Development, Marketing, and client engagement, helping ensure the important details between initial contact, relationship-building, events, materials, and follow-up are consistently handled.

The purpose of this role is to support the client-facing side of the business so the BD team can stay focused on opportunity development, client strategy, and commercial activity, while Marketing can stay focused on messaging, content creation, branding, and advertising.

The Client Relations Coordinator will help make sure the “in-between” items are organized, followed through, and professionally delivered.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, confident, well-presented, and comfortable representing the company in professional settings.

While the role is remote-first, the successful candidate must be available to attend client meetings, industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking activities in person when required.

Key responsibilities include supporting early client engagement, coordinating event participation, assisting with brochures, presentations, company profiles, and capability statements, maintaining client contact lists, tracking follow-ups, helping prepare for meetings, coordinating vendors and printed materials, supporting post-event follow-up, and ensuring client-facing activities are handled professionally and consistently.

The role will require domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally in client-facing environments
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage schedules, follow-ups, documents, events, and deadlines
  • Ability to coordinate between Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and leadership teams
  • Confidence attending business events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking functions
  • Ability to support brochures, presentations, company profiles, and other client-facing materials
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, LinkedIn, and basic design tools such as Canva
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying responsive and accountable
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
  • Valid passport and ability to obtain visas where necessary
  • Previous experience in client relations, events, communications, hospitality, business support, marketing coordination, or professional services is preferred
  • Experience in energy, power, construction, engineering, industrial services, or B2B services is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not required
