About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Manage client onboarding, check ins, and ongoing engagement activities
- Proactively address client inquiries and coordinate solutions to enhance the customer experience
- Support the creation of a vibrant, collaborative, and service oriented workplace environment
- Support the Center Manager in achieving occupancy and revenue targets
- Manage and follow up on sales leads through the CRM system
- Conduct workspace tours and assist with membership sales and upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates within the CRM platform
- Act as a certified back up sales representative when required
- Assist with day to day center operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Provide reception coverage when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales Support, or a similar customer facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and confident presence
- Customer focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Highly organized, proactive, and results oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic billing or invoicing processes is preferred
