Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage client onboarding, check ins, and ongoing engagement activities.
  • Proactively address client inquiries and coordinate solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Support the creation of a vibrant, collaborative, and service oriented workplace environment.
  • Support the Center Manager in achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Manage and follow up on sales leads through the CRM system.
  • Conduct workspace tours and assist with membership sales and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates within the CRM platform.
  • Act as a certified back up sales representative when required.
  • Assist with day to day center operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide reception coverage when required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales Support, or a similar customer facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and confident presence.
  • Customer focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic billing or invoicing processes is preferred.
