- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long term relationships with existing clients.
- Attend client meetings, presentations, site visits, and networking events.
- Understand client objectives and recommend creative, marketing, and media production solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project briefs.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate new business.
- Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Monitor project progress and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and proactively.
- Support management with business development initiatives and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and ongoing opportunities.
- Assist with internal operational and administrative tasks when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relations, Client Services, or Business Development within a media production, creative agency, advertising, events, or marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of photography, videography, content creation, branding, digital marketing, and media production workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution oriented.
- Confident in leading client meetings and presenting creative solutions.
- Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
