Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, contract negotiation, and account growth.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and manage day-to-day communication.
- Build and maintain client partnerships to retain existing business and drive growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of client solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Identify account growth opportunities and support new business development.
- Track account performance metrics and manage client issues and escalations.
- Attend client meetings, events, shoots, or activations as needed for on-site execution.
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain client documentation and CRM records.
- Monitor industry, digital, and market trends to advise clients.
Work arrangement
- The position is full-time and on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
