Role Overview
Lead the team delivering market recognition programs and initiatives, including legal directory submissions, award nominations, and profile-raising activities.
Support the firm's market recognition strategy, profile growth, and process improvements across the function.
Work closely with practice leaders, lawyers across the country, and the broader Clients and Markets team.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead award, directory, and league table submissions and analyze outcomes to improve market positioning.
- Provide team direction, mentorship, quality assurance, and advice to leadership.
- Partner on technology and process improvements and develop communications strategies for market recognition.
Directories
- Project manage legal directory submissions, including drafting, editing, stakeholder coordination, workback schedules, and internal communications.
- Guide submission content, referee management, and interview preparation.
- Manage relationships with ranking organizations and publishers.
