Client Program Manager

What you will do:

• · Serve as the primary program owner for medium to high-complexity programs, portfolios or projects of strategic importance.
• · Build and maintain trusted executive-level relationships with client leaders and internal partners.
• · Act as a strategic advisor to clients—providing insight, guidance and best-fit solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.
• · Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback informs roadmap, delivery and solution decisions.
• · Own client business objectives and success metrics.
• · Lead development of integrated program plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resources and delivery schedules.
• What you will need to have:
• · Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or a related field.
• · 6+ years of experience in program and project management within business and IT environments.
• · Proven success delivering large, complex and strategic programs.
• · Demonstrated experience with data-driven management, metrics and executive reporting.
• · Experience influencing cross-functional teams.
• What would be great to have:
• · 3+ years of experience in the financial services or payments industry.
• · Deep understanding of program/project management lifecycles and delivery governance.
• · Broad knowledge of platform-based solutions and enterprise technology environments.
• You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
