Client Program Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of operational, logistics, supply chain management, program management, or customer management experience
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics operations
• Preferred: Experience managing strategic customer programs, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving operational and business outcomes across complex supply chain environments
• Experience working with international supply chains or origin operations
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across internal and external teams
• Experience managing executive customer stakeholders and supporting customer governance forums
• Ability to navigate large organizations and mobilize resources across functions and regions to drive customer outcomes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive results in complex environments
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI is a plus
• Preferred (not required): PMP, CSCP, Six Sigma, or related operational excellence certifications

Role Details

Salary

• $95,000 – $120,000*
• *The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
