About the Role

  • This is a client facing role focused on business development and relationship management within the professional services space.
  • You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the firm’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across: Accounting & Bookkeeping, UAE Corporate Tax & VAT (Filing and Advisory), Audit & Assurance, Company Formation & Structuring, PRO & Compliance Services.
  • Leverage your existing network to generate quality leads and build a strong pipeline.
  • Engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and position relevant service offerings.
  • Prepare proposals, support negotiations, and assist in closing mandates.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay updated with UAE regulatory developments to add value in client discussions.

Who are we looking for

  • 2+ years of UAE experience in business development/client engagement.
  • Must have worked with an accounting firm, tax advisory firm, or corporate services provider in the UAE.
  • Strong professional network and proven ability to generate quality leads.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and professional services landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Confident, self driven, and comfortable in client facing roles.
  • A relationship oriented mindset with a long term approach.
  • Own vehicle (mandatory) for client meetings.
