Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Accounting, Tax, Audit, Company Formation, and PRO services
- Leverage existing network to generate quality leads and build a strong pipeline
- Engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and position relevant service offerings
- Prepare proposals, support negotiations, and assist in closing mandates
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Stay updated with UAE regulatory developments to add value in client discussions
Requirements
- 2+ years of UAE experience in business development/client engagement
- Must have worked with an accounting firm, tax advisory firm, or corporate services provider in the UAE
- Strong professional network and proven ability to generate quality leads
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (mandatory)
- Own vehicle (mandatory) for client meetings

About the Role
- This is a client facing role focused on business development and relationship management within the professional services space.
- You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the firm’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across: Accounting & Bookkeeping, UAE Corporate Tax & VAT (Filing and Advisory), Audit & Assurance, Company Formation & Structuring, PRO & Compliance Services.
- Leverage your existing network to generate quality leads and build a strong pipeline.
- Engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and position relevant service offerings.
- Prepare proposals, support negotiations, and assist in closing mandates.
