Client Partner, Ad Sales

Uber Advertising’s vision is to offer the most marketplace-centric advertising to connect our platform users—eaters, riders, and earners—with advertisers.

As a Specialist Account Executive (Ads Enterprise), you will lead the Ad Sales strategy for a portfolio of top Enterprise Restaurants, driving the adoption of an expanding suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms.

What you’ll do

• Build and grow long-term partnerships by understanding what matters most to our customers—not just selling a product.
• Lead advanced Ads and Offers pitches, including discovery, handling complex objections, and providing strategic budget recommendations.
• Navigate ambiguity and internal complexity by collaborating closely with Account Managers, Product, and Revenue Operations to unlock value for clients.
• Manage pipelines with urgency and discipline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of deals and contracts even when priorities shift.
• Analyze merchant and platform insights to identify demand generation opportunities and create holistic narratives that quantify the impact of our solutions.
• Adapt your approach based on market dynamics and imperfect information to resolve blockers and deliver solutions that scale.

• 4 year of work experience
• Experience in a client-facing, quota-carrying position.
• Basic understanding of media KPIs and advertising terminology.
• Experience building and implementing strategic sales plans.

• 5 + years of full-time experience in digital advertising sales or account management.
• Experience selling complex digital marketing solutions to Mid-Market or Enterprise brands and their agency partners.
• Proven ability to utilize data to quantify opportunities and influence C-level marketing executives.
• Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, with a track record of creating value in challenging negotiations.
• Demonstrated resilience and a go-getter mentality in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
