CTM is seeking a commercially minded Client Manager to build long-term client relationships and manage a defined customer portfolio.

The role drives retention, client value, account growth, revenue, profitability, and exceptional customer experience.

Build relationships across operational, procurement, financial, and senior leadership stakeholders.
Manage customer risk, CRM records, and risk mitigation plans.
Drive client profitability, transaction volumes, budget management, and commercial outcomes.
Own client contracts, service levels, and performance against commitments.
Use data and insights in meetings with the Strategic Lead to drive client outcomes.
Deliver client reporting and travel analysis covering savings, trends, and customer experience opportunities.
Represent CTM professionally in client meetings, calls, and external events.

Strong contract and commercial management experience and exceptional attention to detail are required.
The role requires data-driven decision-making, strong negotiation, and effective communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills are required to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
