About the Role
Trackline Marketing seeks a Russian-speaking Client Manager to manage relationships with property owners, oversee apartment operations, and ensure compliance. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and availability for emergencies.

Responsibilities
- Manage the DTCM portal, including handling new unit permits, cancellations, and related documentation
- Oversee the keyless smart lock system for all properties
- Work with accounts team to review monthly reports, save as PDF, and send to property owners by the 10th of each month
- Update and maintain the insurance list for all properties and communicate with insurance company via email
- Maintain regular communication with property owners via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email
- Be always reachable and carry a laptop off duty to respond to emergencies at any time
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure smooth operations
- Stay fully aware of all issues related to complaints and apartment conditions, and ensure timely resolution
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian languages (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent situations
- Familiarity with DTCM processes and property management systems is a plus
- Professional and proactive attitude, with high attention to detail

Role Overview
- The Client Manager is responsible for managing relationships with property owners, ensuring smooth operations of all apartments, and overseeing compliance and reporting requirements.
- This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond promptly to urgent issues, full time work in office 6 days a week, and remotely in urgent cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the DTCM portal, including handling new unit permits, cancellations, and any related documentation.
- Oversee the keyless smart lock system for all properties.
- Work with the accounts team to review monthly reports, save them as PDF files, and send them to property owners via separate emails till the 10th of each month.
- Update and maintain the insurance list for all properties and communicate with the insurance company through the e mail.
- Maintain regular communication with property owners via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Be always reachable and carry a laptop off duty to respond to emergencies at any time.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay fully aware of all issues related to complaints and apartment conditions, and ensure timely resolution. Communicate with housekeeping manager.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian languages (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent situations.
- Familiarity with DTCM processes and property management systems is a plus. We will train.
- Professional and proactive attitude, with high attention to detail.
