Role Description
The Client Liaison & Interior Designer manages client communication while supporting the design and development of interior projects.
The role combines relationship management with creative design capabilities and translates client requirements into effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the design and project process.
- Understand client needs, preferences, budgets, and project objectives and translate them into practical design concepts.
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, material selections, and visual presentations.
- Prepare design proposals, drawings, specifications, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Communicate design ideas clearly and professionally to clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate design revisions and ensure client feedback is accurately incorporated.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and other relevant parties to support project execution.
- Assist with material, furniture, fixture, and finish selections while maintaining design quality and consistency.
- Monitor design details, project requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth progress.
- Stay informed about current interior design trends, materials, products, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate project records and provide regular updates to clients and relevant stakeholders.
