The Client Lead for Social plans, implements, and monitors clients' social media strategies.
The role supports brand awareness, marketing effectiveness, audience engagement, content creation, platform management, performance analysis, and trend monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients.
- Manage and grow client accounts across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create engaging blog posts, photos, videos, graphics, and other social content.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments professionally and foster online community engagement.
- Align social media strategies with client brand voice and broader marketing objectives.
- Analyze and report account performance to measure campaigns and identify optimization areas.
- Track social media trends and advise clients on relevant new platform features.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least seven years of social media management or community management experience.
- Proficiency with analytical tools for measuring and reporting social media performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
