Role Overview
- As an Investment Advisor at Serion Realtors, you will help clients make informed real estate investment decisions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international investors, homebuyers, and referral partners.
- Understand clients' financial objectives and recommend suitable residential and investment properties across the UAE.
- Provide professional consultation on market trends, project comparisons, ROI potential, rental yields, and long term wealth creation.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, company generated leads, digital enquiries, and personal prospecting.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, virtual consultations, site visits, and developer tours.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Dubai and UAE real estate regulations, market trends, developer launches, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Represent Serion Realtors with professionalism, integrity, and the highest ethical standards.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients to nurture long term relationships.
- Coordinate with developers, mortgage partners, legal advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property viewings, negotiations, and sales activities using CRM.
