Client Implementation & Service - Assistant Manager

Strong leadership, stakeholder-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Sound knowledge of broker setup, reference data, corporate actions, middle-office operations, client onboarding, trade processing, or asset servicing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights.

Demonstrated experience in operational risk management, controls, governance, and issue resolution.

Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver consistently within defined service-level agreements.

A collaborative and accountable approach with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

7+ or more years of financial-services experience, including at least 2 years of supervisory or people-management experience.

Experience in Broker Set Up, Reference Data, Corporate Actions, Middle Office Operations, Client Onboarding, or Asset Servicing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data validation, operational reporting, dashboard development, trend analysis, and decision support.

Working knowledge of Power Query, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, generative AI tools, or similar automation and data-transformation technologies is preferred.
