Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a dedicated SRE or DevOps engineering function. • Experience implementing or supporting SLIs, SLOs, and reliability metrics. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Experience with containerized platforms including Kubernetes or OpenShift. • Experience with observability technologies such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or similar platforms. • Experience leading significant production incidents or operational improvement initiatives. • Experience building automation frameworks that reduce operational toil. • Knowledge of resiliency testing, disaster recovery, and capacity planning practices. • Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership. • Financial services or highly regulated industry experience.
