Role overview
Aon is seeking a client-focused Client Executive for its Global Client Network team.
The role manages and develops a portfolio of multinational inward clients and acts as a trusted advisor and primary relationship contact.
The position develops technical knowledge of multinational insurance programs while building commercial and relationship management capabilities.
Workplace
- This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work virtually and from the Sydney or Melbourne office.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver client service through contractual and coverage reviews, claims advocacy, broking support, and insurer negotiations.
- Manage policy documentation, endorsements, renewals, and client queries within agreed service standards.
- Build relationships with clients, insurers, internal stakeholders, and senior leaders.
- Identify opportunities to enhance revenue, deepen client relationships, and expand Aon product and service delivery.
- Provide insights on emerging risks, market developments, insurer appetite, industry trends, and risk management solutions.
- Collaborate with broking, claims, risk consulting, and specialty teams to deliver integrated solutions.
