Role Overview
The Client Executive supports financial services customers as a trusted advisor during transformation initiatives.
The role drives customer outcomes, expands relationships, and grows NetApp’s business across cloud, data, storage, security, and AI solutions.
The position is suited to sellers seeking ownership of complex customer challenges and measurable business impact.
Core Sales Responsibilities
- Understand FSI customers’ strategies, goals, challenges, risks, and transformation priorities.
- Connect customer priorities to NetApp’s unified platform and differentiated solutions.
- Identify whitespace opportunities, new workloads, emerging buyers, and expansion paths.
- Manage pipeline and forecast accuracy while applying MEDDICC to discovery and qualification.
- Execute in-quarter deals and build multi-quarter account plans.
Pursuit and Customer Orchestration
- Lead integrated pursuit teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate structured post-sales handoffs to Customer Success.
- Create value realization plans aligned to the original customer business case.
