We are seeking a Client Executive to drive client growth and develop strategic relationships in the construction and manufacturing industry. The role combines business development and strategic account management, focusing on data centers, retail, financial services, or healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and develop new client opportunities within target markets
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects, strategic accounts, and revenue opportunities
- Develop capture plans and go to market strategies in partnership with internal leadership teams
- Lead or support proposal development, RFP responses, client presentations, and pursuit strategies
- Represent the organization at client meetings, conferences, industry events, and market facing activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and client capital plans
- Convert prospects into long term strategic relationships and repeat business opportunities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned strategic accounts and clients
- Maintain strong executive, operational, and project level client relationships
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, repeat business, and long term account growth
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, estimating, operations, and project delivery teams to align solutions with market and client needs
- Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, client health, revenue forecasts, and opportunity conversion
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in business development, strategic account management, construction, real estate development, program management, or related industries
- Proven ability to grow client relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Experience supporting complex clients, capital projects, multi site programs, or large scale initiatives
- Strong understanding of commercial, industrial, healthcare, data center, retail, financial services, or related sectors
- Demonstrated experience leading proposals, pursuits, executive presentations, and strategic client discussions
- Strong commercial acumen including forecasting, pipeline management, pricing awareness, and contract strategy
- Excellent communication, relationship building, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate, or related field preferred

- Location: Bessemer, AL / on site + travel to client sites when necessary (local and southeast mainly)
- Target Salary: $170 210k base + 20 25% bonus
- Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer
- Focus Areas (Target Client Industries): Data Centers, Retail/Financial Services, or Healthcare

Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in business development, strategic account management, construction, real estate development, program management, or related industries.
