Suitable Backgrounds
- Suitable backgrounds include trust and fiduciary services, corporate services, private wealth, wealth management, and family office services.
- Relevant backgrounds may also include international structuring, accounting and tax advisory, private banking, or professional services.
- Candidates should have strong advisory and relationship-management experience and commercial instincts.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate structuring, SPVs, trusts, foundations, governance, and international expansion strategies.
- Lead consultations to design compliant and commercially effective ownership, wealth, and business structures.
- Support UAE and Saudi market entry, regional growth initiatives, and cross-border operational requirements.
- Build and manage a high-value client portfolio while driving revenue growth and long-term retention.
- Develop relationships with intermediaries, referral partners, family offices, and professional advisers.
- Partner with tax, compliance, and corporate services teams to deliver integrated solutions and identify expansion opportunities.
