Role overview
The Client Development Executive maintains client satisfaction and expands Employer Services through retention, growth, and new-business leads.
The role serves non-vertical clients across an assigned account territory and engages business-unit leaders, product users, and senior executives.
The position reports to the Director of Client Development, Non-Vertical Sales.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate client-facing sales efforts with existing clients and new-logo prospects.
- Consult with clients to construct solutions and close new-business opportunities.
- Grow the book of business through cross-sell, upsell, and usage expansion.
- Facilitate and negotiate contract renewals and RFPs through the full sales cycle.
- Pursue and contract new-logo prospects through BDR and referral leads.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with client executives.
- Identify applications for Experian products and services through ongoing client contact.
- Partner with Employer Services departments throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
