This manager-level role will support the design, delivery and embedding of the Client Development AI Roadmap, helping the department move through the stages of the AI maturity model. The end goal of the roadmap is to maximise the efficiency, efficacy and quality of output across Client Development by codifying high-value AI use cases, creating repeatable prompts, assistants and agents, and scaling adoption through clear governance, playbooks, training and a human-in-the-loop approach.

Manage the department’s AI transformation plan alongside Client Development leaders, ensuring workstreams are clearly scoped, prioritised, resourced and delivered against agreed milestones.
Coordinate with stakeholders across Client Development, IT and other relevant teams to ensure proposed AI solutions are practical, compliant and developed aligned with wider firm priorities.
Track adoption, usage and impact of AI tools and workflows across the department, including identifying barriers to usage and recommending interventions to improve uptake.
Maintain governance, documentation and reporting for the AI Working Group.
Support related transformation activity, including CRM implementation and pitch process improvement projects, where there is overlap with workflow design, data quality, adoption and change management.
