Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement client delivery strategies, governance frameworks, service management processes, and operational standards aligned with organizational objectives and client expectations.
  • Lead the successful delivery of projects, managed services, and client engagements by managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, and delivery risks throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with sales, project management, professional services, engineering, operations, product management, finance, customer success, support teams, and executive leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary escalation point while ensuring proactive communication, trust, and long term partnership development.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including on time delivery, customer satisfaction, service level agreement (SLA) compliance, project profitability, resource utilization, issue resolution times, renewal rates, and client retention.
  • Manage project governance, delivery planning, resource allocation, risk management, change control, quality assurance, and service transition activities to ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Conduct regular client reviews, business reviews, service performance meetings, and executive presentations to communicate delivery status, achievements, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client value through process optimization, service enhancements, cross selling, upselling, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, organizational policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and information security practices throughout all client engagements.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms, and analytics solutions to monitor delivery performance and generate actionable in
  • Prepare delivery reports, executive dashboards, project health assessments, financial forecasts, customer satisfaction analyses, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, delivery leads, customer success professionals, consultants, and cross functional stakeholders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Master's degree or professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, ITIL, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile certifications, or equivalent are advantageous.
  • 5+ years of experience in client delivery, project management, professional services, customer success, service delivery, or related leadership roles.
  • 2+ years of experience managing enterprise client engagements, cross functional delivery teams, or strategic customer accounts preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, client relationship management, service management, contract management, risk management, Agile methodologies, resource planning, financial management, and customer success principles.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, PPM tools, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, ITSM platforms, collaboration tools, project management software, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, digital transformation initiatives, AI powered service management, automation platforms, DevOps environments, and enterprise service delivery frameworks is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, negotiation, financial, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, conflict resolution, customer relationship management, and cross functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic client engagements while balancing customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, commercial objectives, operational efficiency, and business growth.
  • Ability to work independently in remote and hybrid environments with occasional travel for client meetings, project reviews, and business engagements as required.
