CLIENT & DELIVERY COORDINATION
Act as the primary point of coordination between clients and freelance talent.
Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple client accounts.
Translate briefs into clear delivery plans and workflows.
Ensure alignment across stakeholders on scope, timelines, and expectations.
DELIVERY EXECUTION (CREATIVE & CONTENT)
Oversee execution across multiple project types, including:
Social media content and campaign assets
Copywriting and editorial content
Digital creative (ads, banners, landing pages)
Track progress, deadlines, and quality across all deliverables.
Ensure outputs meet client expectations and agreed standards.
Proactively manage delivery risks and bottlenecks.
WORKFLOW & OPERATIONS
Maintain structured workflows across all projects from brief to execution until delivery.
Coordinate freelancers across concurrent workstreams.
Ensure clarity and consistency in briefing and delivery processes.
Maintain visibility across all active projects.
Requirements
- At least 4–8 years of experience in project management, account management, or delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of digital content and creative production workflows.
- Experience working with freelance or distributed teams.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
