Role Overview
The role supports client data operations by improving data collection and verification for accurate and complete KYC records.
The position contributes to client onboarding, AML compliance, risk assessment, investigations, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Review and enhance KYC data collection and verification processes.
- Support client onboarding and fulfill AML and KYC requirements.
- Investigate AML typologies and prepare reports of findings.
- Analyze transaction data to identify patterns and verify legitimacy.
- Obtain information from bankers and customers.
- Resolve escalated service issues and customer concerns.
- Improve processes, operational efficiency, and stakeholder relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Have exceptional research and analytical skills for large amounts of unstructured data.
- Be client-focused and able to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong digital literacy.
- Act independently, make strategic decisions, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Use strong problem-solving and communication skills to resolve customer concerns.
