Role Overview
The Client Data Analyst works in Operations to improve data collection and verification for accurate and complete KYC records.
The role supports regulatory standards, client trust, operational integrity, and a best-in-class client experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Address escalated service issues while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Support client onboarding and fulfill AML and KYC requirements, including compliance and risk assessment.
- Conduct investigations to establish AML typologies and produce accurate reports of findings.
- Identify process refinement and operational efficiency opportunities and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Analyze transaction data to identify patterns and verify legitimacy.
- Interact with bankers and customers to obtain necessary information.
- Act independently and make strategic decisions based on data, insight, and experience.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrate exceptional research and analytical skills for analyzing large amounts of unstructured data.
- Maintain a client-focused approach with strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume schedule.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong digital literacy.
