The opportunity
The Maples Group is seeking a Client Data and Reporting Analyst for its Global Entity Services team in Montreal.
The role supports financial services clients, including international private equity groups, through accurate data analysis and reporting.
Primary responsibilities
- Maintain entity, billing, and revenue data accurately and according to service agreements and protocols.
- Perform routine analysis using various tools to identify exceptions and issues across large datasets.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the data to alert stakeholders to concerns.
- Recommend process and systems improvements proactively.
- Work with local and global teams to support high-quality client service.
What you bring
- Have a university degree or equivalent, preferably in business or law.
- One to two years of professional services experience is preferred, but new graduates will be considered.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Have working knowledge of Power Query, Word, and Outlook is preferred.
- Have strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, critical-thinking, and multitasking skills.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team under deadline pressure.
