Client Contract Delivery Manager

Experience in a client-facing contract, account, service delivery, or relationship management role.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.

Commercially minded with the ability to interpret financial, contractual, and performance data.

Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and deliver practical solutions to complex challenges.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to tight deadlines.

A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Experience using Power BI or similar data visualisation tools

AI literate with an interest in emerging technologies

Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases

Experience working with large or complex datasets

Understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies

Knowledge of data analytics or business intelligence principles
