Job Description

  • As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for successfully managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls.
  • This will include following communication scripts, handling different topics, and acting as a liaison between our clinic and its clients.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for evaluating all documents to ensure that appropriate information has been obtained for documentation and billing purposes.

Additional Duties

  • Follow Clinic Policy at all times
  • Serve as front desk customer coordinator by being welcoming and inviting to the clients.
  • Book appointments and double confirm them.
  • Entering and updating client information into a client information system.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and assisting them.
  • Handling campaigns outcome (Entering leads data, call and provide adequate information about treatments and offers, capture client’s attention and book for treatment)
  • Handling client’s enquiries and complaints by WhatsApp, email and other social media platform.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Liaise between clients and team members.
  • Handle clients’ payments and installments follow up and reminders.
  • Upselling and cross selling.

Experience

  • Experience in working medical field (Required)
