Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing brand clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Understand clients' business objectives and translate their marketing requirements into effective execution plans
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including strategy, creative, media, digital, PR, and project delivery teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts by recommending additional marketing solutions and value added services
- Drive business growth through account expansion and revenue generation while achieving assigned sales targets
- Monitor project progress, manage client expectations, and ensure timely collection of project payments
- Stay updated on overseas market trends and provide clients with relevant marketing insights and recommendations
- Support cross border marketing initiatives and collaborate with regional teams on international projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, business development, advertising sales, media sales, integrated marketing, or digital marketing
- Experience serving domestic or international brand clients within an advertising agency, marketing agency, media company, or related industry is preferred
- Understanding of overseas branding, cross border marketing, and international market expansion
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in client development, account growth, or revenue generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to be based in Shenzhen initially for training and relocate to the Middle East upon successful visa approval
