As a Client Assistant Accountant, you'll support the day-to-day management of private equity, real estate, credit, or debt fund clients, ensuring accurate fund accounting, investor reporting, financial statement preparation, cash movement communication, and timely delivery of client reporting requirements while building strong stakeholder relationships and driving operational excellence.

You'll manage designated fund clients, serving as a key point of contact while building strong relationships with clients, CFOs, financial controllers, and internal stakeholders

You'll prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, reports, and fund transactions in accordance with applicable accounting frameworks, including UK GAAP and IFRS

You'll calculate, review, and communicate investor drawdowns, distributions, and cash movements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely issuance of investor notices

You'll oversee client deliverables by coordinating timelines, monitoring progress, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring deadlines and reporting requirements are consistently met
