We are now looking for an experienced Client Advisor to join our iconic Sydney Flagship Store on Pitt Street, on a full-time basis.

This is more than a retail role. It is an opportunity to represent one of the world’s most recognised luxury brands at the heart of Sydney.

Your role in the Tiffany Legacy

  • For many of our clients, visiting Tiffany is a moment they will remember. It may be a first purchase, a milestone celebration, a treasured gift or a piece they have dreamed about for years.
  • As a Client Advisor at our iconic Pitt Street Flagship , you will play a key role in bringing these moments to life.
  • You will be a true Tiffany ambassador, creating highly personalised experiences and building meaningful, long-term relationships with our clients. With your own unique Tiffany touch, you will combine exceptional service, product expertise and an entrepreneurial mindset to create experiences that go beyond expectations.
  • In your role you will:
  • Deliver an exceptional and personalised Tiffany experience to every client
  • Build and develop meaningful, long-term client relationships
  • Drive sales performance and consistently work towards and exceed individual and store targets
  • Create memorable client experiences through Tiffany’s selling ceremony and service standards
  • Proactively engage with clients and identify opportunities to develop your client portfolio
  • Represent the Tiffany brand with confidence, passion and professionalism
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing flagship environment

We are looking for someone who is passionate about luxury, people and delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will bring:

Previous experience in luxury retail, premium retail or another client-centric environment

A proven track record of achieving sales results and working towards KPIs

A strong passion for building and developing client relationships

An entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine desire to go above and beyond for clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence, initiative and the ability to think creatively

A passion for Tiffany & Co. and the world of luxury

Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, late-night trade and public holidays
