Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand property requirements, including budget, location, and property type.
• Present suitable properties from the company portfolio and coordinate property viewings.
• Prepare offers, lease agreements, and sales contracts for clients.
• Respond to inquiries about availability, pricing, and documentation.
• Follow up on documentation, payments, and transaction milestones.
• Coordinate client requests with sales and leasing teams.
• Maintain client records and update property inquiries in the CRM system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in client advisory, sales, or customer service is required.
• Real estate or professional services experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate processes is preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
• English and Arabic communication skills are required.
